The first an apartment, called ‘Las Salinas’ in the small exclusive Natura Golf development in the Villamartin village, 8 km South of the Costa Blanca City of Torrevieja. The second apartment, ‘Los Lagartos’ is on the Roda Golf and Beach Resort, in the Murcia Region. The location of this top rated resort is perfectly located within easy distance of everything you could possibly want for your holiday home in Spain. The region of Murcia is a varied part of Spain and to one side has infinite soft sandy beaches and in the other direction, a drive of approx. an hour will get you to the snow capped Sierra Nevada.

Florida

Florida is known as the Sunshine State, with its average year round temperature of 74.80C. The villa situated in the Cape Haze peninsula on the south Gulf coast in Charlotte County, is just 1.5 hours from Tampa, 2.5 hours from Orlando and its Disney attractions, and 3.5 from Miami. It was recently voted third best place in USA to live and play golf. Further, it was ranked in the top ten sailing destinations by Sail magazine.

Rotonda is perfectly placed for easy access to some of Florida’s most beautiful sights. From the stunning white sand beaches at Englewood to the Island escapes of Gasparilla, Don Pedro, Boca Grande and numerous other exotic islands that dot the gulf shoreline, the scenery is breathtaking. Heading North from Charlotte County is Venice, Sarasota and Bradenton and to the South lies Fort Myers and Bonita Springs all with their own amazing sights and activities. In addition there is the wildlife, amazing local activities, Florida hospitality, food and drink and shopping nearby.
